SolarBrief.Africa is committed to accurate, contextualised and useful information. We clearly separate facts, analysis and opinion. Op-eds and interviews reflect their authors' views and are labelled as such.
Every figure we publish is tied to an identifiable source (official announcement, report, market database). Deal Tracker and Project Builder data are indicative and aggregated from public sources; they do not constitute investment advice.
Our editorial line is independent of advertisers and partners. Any sponsored content is explicitly labelled and never produced by the newsroom without disclosure.
Any reported error is corrected promptly and, where relevant, noted at the foot of the article. Right of reply can be exercised at redaction@solarbrief.africa.
We use AI tools to speed up certain tasks, but never at the expense of reliability or human accountability. Every article is published under the full and sole responsibility of its author.
Where content has been significantly AI-assisted (e.g. a data synthesis), we disclose it. We protect source confidentiality: no sensitive information is shared with third-party tools.
